Welcome to the St. Charles Band Start-up Page


All New and returning band members should follow the steps below.
If you will not be joining us this year, please text me at the number below and I’ll take you off of the email group.


Here is a simple step by step guide. PLEASE DO ALL STEPS IN ORDER. Anything already done can be skipped.

  1. Register to secure your place in the band before registration closes. EVERYONE MUST REGISTER IN MY SYSTEM. If you haven't done it yet, Register Here. 

  2. Read the Band Class Information sheet linked below. It’s short but important and has all the specific information you need to know about our program.
    You can find the Band Class Information Sheet Here. If your student is a beginner, you’ll also need to order your instrument and band book.

  3. Make your first tuition payment Immediately to finish Registration. (Band Class Information Sheet under TUITION)

  4. Add Band Class dates and times to your Family Calendar to eliminate confusion. (from the Band Class Information Sheet)

  5. Help your student decide when they will practice each day. Make sure they start each session. 90% of success is showing up each and every day!

  6. Students should go straight to band after school. Please be on time to sign out your student. (3:50 most days; 2:50 on Wednesdays)

  7. Band students of all levels should Watch the important videos below ASAP. Students should play along with the video.
